"I was one of the first people to study and take the Microsoft Office Specialist Certification for Word Core 2003, which is now a standard requirement for our firm.  I wanted to push myself even harder so I decided to study and sit the Microsoft Office Specialist Certification for Word Expert 2003.  As this level was not a requirement of Trowers the IT department were very supportive but unable to provide much training.  When I explained this to S&G Training the support I received was overwhelming and I definately would not have passed my exam without their support.  I booked my exam on a Saturday and Hayley kindly sat with me for a couple of hours going over some of the topics which I (was not very good at/ weak ……………….)  Even with regards to my daughter, typical 12 year old, I had no choice but to bring her with me, again S&G welcomed her and looked after her whilst I took my exam. I can't thank you enough for your time and patience - no doubt I'll be in touch again when I'm ready to tackle the Outlook exam!!!" (2008)
